This Privacy Policy explains how Life Health Fitness and X Fit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, share, and protect your information. It applies to lifehealth-fitness.com and xfit-labs.com (the “Websites”), our online forms, member portal, class scheduling, and related services, including our FIT4U personal training program.
By using our Websites or submitting information to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Life Health Fitness and X Fit Labs respect your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Our Websites offer fitness, health, and training services, including membership sign-up, class scheduling, personal training inquiries, and payment processing.

Information you give us
When you contact us, fill out a form, join, or book a class, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Account login details
- Payment and billing information (handled by our payment processors)
- Class bookings and attendance history
- How you heard about us
Health and fitness information
When you request a free FIT4U session or train with us, we may also collect:
- Age, height, and weight
- Fitness level, goals, and services you are interested in
- Injuries, medical conditions, and medications you choose to tell us about
- Your preferred days and times for training
- Body composition data, including 3D body scans from ShapeScale
- Nutrition, activity, and progress information recorded through DotFit tools
- Heart rate and workout data from Myzone heart rate monitors
We use this information only to assess your fitness, design a safe program, and track your progress. Please share only what is relevant to your training. Our staff are not providing medical care; talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our Websites, we may automatically collect:

Email marketing
With your consent where required by law, we may send emails about promotions, events, and new services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about appointments, your account, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to buy any service. We do not sell or share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as Club Automation (memberships and member portal), ChowNow (Juicery online ordering), payment processors, scheduling software, Google (Gmail) for email, ShapeScale, DotFit, and Myzone (heart rate and workout tracking). We require these providers to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: to comply with the law, a court order, or a government request.
- Safety: to protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, members, staff, or others.
- Business changes: if our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
We do not share health and fitness information for advertising.
5. Data Security and Retention
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Access to health and fitness information is limited to the staff who need it to train you. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Our Websites use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, understand how visitors use it, and measure and personalize our advertising. We use Google Ads, Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Cookies may last for a single visit or stay on your device longer.
- Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Websites.
- Google Ads measures our ad performance and shows our ads to people who have visited the Websites.
- Meta Pixel measures our Facebook and Instagram ad performance and shows our ads to people who have visited the Websites.
Google and Meta may collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and actions taken, and use it under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Websites may not work properly without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our Websites are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Information about participants under 18, including those in our Youth Athletic Performance program, should be submitted by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us information without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Websites after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
